The MCRDSE approach

the insight is a beginning.
the practice is yours.

A retreat, a meaningful experience, or a moment of clarity can open a new question. This program gives you a place to explore it through meditation, movement, nature, sleep routines, journaling, and choices that fit your life.

Your 90-day path

find your rhythm.
then make it your own.

Start small. Review often. Finish with a routine you understand and a plan you can carry forward.

Days 01–30 / foundation

Build your anchors.

Get clear on what matters. Choose a morning and evening routine that works on an ordinary day.

  • Set your intention and starting point
  • Practice attention, reflection, and rest
  • Build a smaller version for busy days

Days 31–60 / practice

Put insight into action.

Bring what you notice into movement, relationships, and everyday decisions.

  • Choose one real-life experiment each week
  • Review progress with your coach
  • Practice requests and boundaries

Days 61–90 / ownership

Learn to keep going.

Make room for missed days and changing plans. Build support around the practices you want to keep.

  • Refine your personal routine
  • Build your support and restart plans
  • Leave with your next 30 days mapped out

A few things to know

clear from
the start.

Who is this for?

Adults who want support bringing insights from a retreat, meaningful experience, or period of personal growth into everyday life. You do not need a psychedelic experience to take part.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. This is reflective coaching and everyday habit support. It does not diagnose or treat conditions, provide crisis care, or replace a licensed clinician. You can skip or adapt a practice that does not feel right.

Do I need MCRDSE products?

No. The program stands on its own. Products, substances, sourcing, and dosing advice are not included.

What if I miss a day or a call?

There is no streak to protect. Use the smaller routine and begin again. Written weekly practice notes will help you stay oriented after a missed group call. Personal sharing will not be recorded.

How much time should I allow?

Plan for about 15 minutes of daily practice, a weekly group hour during weeks 1–12, and three personal check-ins. Movement and outdoor time can fit around your day. Your routine can be shorter when needed.

Can I enroll now?
